Read this document together with any product-specific terms, checkout terms, or signed commercial agreement that applies to your account.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to EZhog websites, free AI tools, business form and assessment tools, accounts, workspaces, and related services. Using the service means accepting these Terms and any written order form or product-specific terms that apply.
2. The service
EZhog provides tools for building and operating applications, assessments, quizzes, polls, NPS surveys, registrations, short forms, and related response workflows.
EZhog also provides public AI tools for research, writing, quiz generation, and subject-specific questions. Availability and output may vary by tool.
Features may change as the product develops. A paid order form should identify any commercially committed features, limits, service period, and support scope.
3. Accounts and administrators
Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
A workspace administrator may control users, forms, responses, settings, integrations, retention, and other workspace data. Users should contact their administrator before sending a request directly to EZhog about customer-controlled data.
4. Customer content and responses
Customers and users retain their rights in content they submit. They give EZhog the permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and support the service.
The customer is responsible for having the rights, notices, permissions, and lawful basis required to collect and process respondent information through its workflows.
5. AI-assisted features
AI-assisted drafts and suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular decision. Users must review questions, scoring, instructions, and generated content before publishing or relying on it.
EZhog should not be used as the sole basis for high-impact employment, education, credit, legal, medical, or similarly consequential decisions without appropriate human review and safeguards.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not access the service unlawfully, interfere with security or availability, probe systems without permission, submit malicious content, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate others, or use the service to harm people.
Automated access must follow documented interfaces and written permission. EZhog may limit or suspend activity that threatens the service, users, or third parties.
7. Fees and plan limits
The public pricing page shows the current Basic, Premium, and Pro monthly prices and the discounted monthly equivalent for annual billing. Annual plans are billed yearly; monthly plans are billed monthly.
Taxes, renewal terms, cancellation conditions, seats, response limits, storage, AI usage, and support must be stated before purchase in checkout or a written order form.
If a public pricing page and a signed order form conflict, the signed order form controls for that customer.
8. Intellectual property
EZhog and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, brand, documentation, and platform materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to a user or customer.
Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate the person providing it, provided EZhog does not identify confidential customer information as public feedback.
9. Confidentiality and security
Commercial agreements may include additional confidentiality and security obligations. Users must use appropriate controls for the sensitivity of the data they place in a form or workspace.
Security concerns should be reported to [email protected] without including credentials or sensitive records in the first message.
10. Service availability and changes
The service may be unavailable for maintenance, security, provider incidents, or other operational reasons. EZhog does not promise uninterrupted operation unless a written agreement states a specific service commitment.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended for non-payment, misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or a material breach. Customers may stop using the service subject to any paid term and cancellation conditions in their order form.
12. Disclaimers
Except for commitments stated in a written agreement and to the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without implied warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Liability
Any liability limits, exclusions, or remedies that apply to a paid customer should be stated in the applicable order form or commercial agreement and are subject to applicable law.
14. Contracting entity and governing law
The applicable contracting entity, notices details, governing law, and dispute terms will be stated in the relevant checkout terms, invoice, order form, or commercial agreement.
15. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the service or legal requirements change. The updated date and revised text will be published here. Material changes for paid customers should be handled according to the applicable agreement.
16. Contact
